摘要
本文以某电梯厂家试验塔内测试电梯为背景,描述了一款专为高速电梯应用市场而设计的高性能电梯智能整体机。普通的电梯智能整体机/变频器通常都是以能耗制动,通过制动电阻来释放电梯运行中产生的回馈能量,以热能的形式散发出去,如果温度过高还有可能烧毁制动电阻,威胁电梯的运行安全。在高速运行当中同时也会消耗大量的电能,并会出现电梯平层精度不高,舒适感差等问题,而使用EC300电梯智能整体机控制系统,不仅可以将电梯运行中产生的能量反馈给电网,提高能源的利用率,节约运营成本,同时也能提高客户的舒适感,保障电梯的运行安全。
