摘要
目的:构建护生实习前医院感染知识培训的核心内容体系。方法:通过德尔菲专家函询法对30名相关领域专家进行两轮函询,确定培训核心内容条目并进行权重判定。结果:两轮函询专家的积极系数分别为83.3%和86.7%;专家的权威系数分别为0.90和0.91;一级、二级条目肯德尔协调系数分别为0.37和0.35,P<0.001;最终确定的核心内容体系包括8项一级条目,50项二级条目。结论:函询专家意见集中,研究结果具有可信度,护生实习前医院感染知识培训核心内容体系的确立能够为其实习前医院感染培训课程内容设置提供科学依据。
Objective: To develop core knowledge on nosocomial infection training for nursing students before practice. Methods: Delphi method with two rounds consultation by 30 experts was used to establish nosocomial infection training core knowledge hierarchy. Results: The experts' positive coefficients of two rounds were 83.3% and 86.7% respectively. The experts authority coefficients were 0.90 and 0.91 respectively. The Kendall's W of two level indexes were 0.37 and 0.35 respectively. The core knowledge hierarchy on nosocomial infection training included 8 first grade indexes, 50 second grade indexes. Conclusion: The nosocomial infection prevention core knowledge hierarchy is reliable and valid to provide guidance and reference for the nursing students' training before practice.
