航空航天用高性能轻合金大型复杂结构件制造基础研究进展 被引量:11

Progress of the Basic Research on the Manufacture of High-Performance Light Alloy Large Complex Structural Components Used In Aerospace and Aeronautics

摘要 轻合金是现代航空航天装备突破本体结构承载能力极限的首选材料,高性能轻合金大型整体结构件的制造能力决定了我国航空航天装备的功能水平与竞争力。制造技术水平的提升依赖于基础研究的重大突破,以中南大学领衔的973计划项目,对大规格高性能轻合金结构件的坯料铸造、锭坯锻造、蠕变成形、近净成形、固态焊接、铣削加工6大工艺中所涉及的3个关键科学问题开展了深入研究,取得了若干重要进展。本文就该项目研究的概况、研究进展、实施效果进行回顾与论述,并对后续研究提出展望。 Light alloy is the preferred material to break through the bearing capacity limit of the body structure applied in modem aerospace equipments. It determines the functioning and competitiveness level of our nation's aerospace equipment by the capacity of manufacturing high-performance light alloy large integrated structural components. Improvement of manufacturing technology level depends on breakthroughs of the basic research. Through the '973' Program led by Central South University, three key scientific problems in six important manufacturing processes of large-sized high-performance light alloy structural components, which are billet casting, forging, creep forming, approximate forming, solid state welding and milling, were researched, as well as several important progress were achieved. The program overview, research progress and the implementation effect were reviewed and discussed in this paper, then the prospect of further research are proposed.
