摘要
目的产品设计过程中的定性问题得到较客观的评价。方法以摩托车的方案优选为例,利用模糊综合评价的方法对其进行评价,定量计算各方案的因素指标,并将确定出的最大隶属度作为方案优选的依据,最终实现了对摩托车最佳设计方案的优选。结论该方法可对产品设计中的各项因素进行定量计算,并对设计方案进行全面、客观地评价,模糊综合评价在摩托车方案优选中的应用为产品方案的优选提供了量化的决策依据。
In order to make the qualitative problems in product design process,it can make evaluation more objective.Taking motorcycle as an example,a method based on obscure and comprehensive assessment is proposed in terms of the assessment;this method mainly focuses on the quantitative calculation of the element and index of various design schemes and will define the maximum membership degree as the basis of the optimum choice with regards to the design scheme.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,selection of optimal design scheme of motorcycle is realized. This method can be used for quantitative calculation of each factor in product design,can comprehensively,objectively evaluate the design scheme,through the application of the proposed method in the optimization of the motorcycle.So,a quantified of decisionmaking is presented for optimization choice of products.
