摘要 以某汽车排气系统为研究对象,运用ADAMS软件建立动力学模型,得到排气系统固有频率和能量耦合分布,从各阶固有频率进行分析,说明排气系统振动特性分布合理,不易发生共振。从能量耦合分布分析,各阶解耦率偏低,可以调整悬置刚度,提高排气系统NVH特性,为排气系统设计提供了技术参考。 An automobile exhaust system is taken as the subject investigated, the dynamic model of the exhaust system is established using ADAMS, the natural frequency and the energy coupling distribution is got, each order natural frequency is analyzed, which explains that distribution of exhaust system vibration characteristics is reasonable and resonance is difficult to occur. According to analysis of energy coupling distribution, the decoupling rate is low. It needs to adjust the suspension stiffness and improve the NVH characteristics of the exhaust system. This thesis provides a technical basis for the design of the exhaust system.
