摘要
前梁是汽车转向桥的重要部件之一,而疲劳破坏是转向桥前梁破坏的主要形式。应用ANSYS Workbench软件的Fatigue Tool模块,以某载货汽车转向桥的前梁为研究对象,分别选择Von_Mises应力、最大主应力和绝对值最大主应力为疲劳分析的应力分量研究了前梁的疲劳强度分析问题,并与前梁的试验结果进行对比分析。得出了对于像转向桥前梁这样的非旋转受弯结构,最大主应力是其发生疲劳破坏的主要因素的结论,为研究疲劳破坏的原因有实质性进展的意义。
Front beam is one of the most important parts of truck steering axle, and fatigue damage of the front beam is the main damage form. The Fatigue Tool in ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the front beam, which chooses Von_Mises stress, maximum principal stress and the absolute maximum principal stress as the stress component respectively. Compared with the experimental result, the conclusion is obtained that the maximum principal is the main reason for fatigue damage of front beam which is under the bending stress condition, so the maximum principal should be taken as the stress component.
