摘要
尽管我国法律和政策文件均对乡村医生的培训作了相关规定,但亦暴露出培训的对象未分层、培训师资缺乏遴选程序、培训方式缺乏针对性、培训频次和时限不统一、培训地点缺乏原则性规定、培训经费和补助仍未妥善解决等问题。这已经不能满足乡村医生的岗位要求和农村居民的服务需求。未来应当完善培训对象和培训师资,统筹规划培训的地点、内容、方式,并完善考试考核制度,统一乡村医生的最低培训频次和累计时限,保证培训补助的经费足额到位。
Although Chinese laws and policies both have relevant regulatiom on the training of rural doctors, a lot of problems have been exposed, consisting of a lack of multi-level arrangement of lraining objects, training faculty without elimination, non-specific training methods, disunity of training frequency and time limit, no principle regulations on a'aining locations, problems with fund guarantees and subsidies, etc. It has been unable to meet the requirements of the job of rural doctors and the service demand of rural residents. In the future, we should perfect the training objects and training of teachers, plan the location, content and methods overall, perfect the test system, unify rural doctor's minimum trining frequency and cumulative time, and guarantee the Waining subsidy funds fully in place.
