A kitehen is a room or part of a room used for cooking and food preparation. In the West, a modern kilchen is usually equipped with a stove, oven, sink （with hot and coht running water）, dish-washer and refrigerator. Every kitchen has a regular oven because food such as meat, veg- etables, bread, and cake or other desserts are normally eooked or heated in it. Most kitchens also have a microwave oven.
