摘要
简要介绍知识定义、分类及知识管理的概念,分析临床数据中心数据构成及临床知识构成,结合目前国内医疗信息化现状,阐述临床知识管理及循证实现的机制,总结临床知识管理实现可能存在的阻碍。
The paper briefly introduces the definition and classification of knowledge as well as the concept of knowledge management,analyzes the data composition and clinical knowledge composition of clinical data repository.Combining with current domestic medical informatization status,it elaborates the clinical knowledge management and evidence- based realization mechanism,summarizes the probable obstacles in clinical knowledge management.
