云浮市15岁以上人群焦虑障碍流行病学调查

Epidemiologic survey of anxiety disorders in community population aged 15 and older in Yunfu City

目的:了解云浮市15岁以上人群焦虑障碍的患病率和分布特点。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,以美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)为诊断标准,用DSM-IV-TR轴I障碍用临床定式检查患者版(SCID-I/P)进行调查。结果:2 373人完成调查,诊断为焦虑障碍有14例,粗时点患病率0.55%,粗终生患病率0.59%,该市检出的焦虑障碍包括广泛性焦虑障碍和未特定焦虑障碍。其中,焦虑障碍在失业/无业人群患病率高于在职人群。结论:焦虑障碍是云浮市常见的一类精神障碍,有必要针对其开展防治与康复研究工作。

Objective： To describe the prevalence and distribution of anxiety disorder among people aged above 15 in Yunfu city. Method： Elementary unit ratio stratified cluster randomized sampling method was used to investigate subjects in Yunfu city. The psychiatrists made diagnoses according to DSM-Ⅳ criteria after conducting structured clinical interview for DSM-IV-text revision-patient edition（ SCID-I / P）. Results： The screening collected 2 373 subjects,14 of whom were diagnosed as anxiety disorders. The overall lifetime and current prevalence of anxiety disorders were 0. 55% and 0. 59%. Generalized anxiety disorder and unspecified anxiety disorder had been found in Yunfu city. The prevalence of anxiety disorder in unemployed group was higher than that of employed group. Conclusion： Anxiety disorders is a kind of common mental disorders in Yunfu city. It is necessary to carry out targeted research in prevention and rehabilitation.
