摘要
针对食用盐颗粒的特性,通过浓相气力输送实验装置,研究了不同管内流速对食用盐颗粒破碎的影响,结果表明:流速越大,破碎率越高。采用伴吹管道和浓相稳定器,可以有效地降低破碎率。
Based on the physical and chemical properties of the edible salt, the article discussed the relationship between the different flow rate and crashed rate of edible salt in pneumatic conveying unit. Results indicated that the flow rate becomes faster, the broken rate becomes higher. The crashed rate could be decreased obviously due to the secondary blowing pipes and dense-phase stabilizer.
