输电线路增容改造项目敏感因素分析

摘要 根据系统规划及运行的需求,当架空输电线路因导线截面过小而无法满足系统输送容量的要求时,需对已建成线路进行增容改造。根据系统网架结构、原有线路回路数、导线截面、铁塔基础运行状况、现有线路通道现状、走廊附近敏感点分布情况以及线路增容需求,在线路增容改造项目方案选择过程中,一般可选择更换增容导线、线路拆除重建两种建设模式。文章以220k V众秋4C53/4C54线增容改造工程为例,对增容改造项目建设方案的敏感因素进行简要梳理,并从工程实践的角度对输电线路增容改造工程建设中可能存在的问题进行思考。 According to the system planning and operation demand,when the wire section of overhead transmission line is too small to meet the requirements of the transmission capacity of the system,the existing lines need to be made a capacity expansion reform. According to the space truss structure of the system,the original loop number,the wire section,the tower foundation running status,the existing line running status,the distribution status of sensitive points of transmission line corridor and the demand of capacity expansion,in the choice of capacity expansion reform plan,usually the two construction models including replacing the capacity expansion wire and line demolition and reconstruction can be chose. This paper takes the 220 k V Zhong-qiu 4C53 /4C54 line capacity expansion reform project as an example,reviews the sensitive factors,and describes the thinking of possible problems in the engineering construction of capacity expansion reform from the view of engineering practice.
