摘要
为适应国网公司"三集五大"体系建设要求,实现运检一体化,提高生产效率、效益,按照集约化、扁平化、专业化的管理模式,国网庐江供电公司积极创新,以一线员工岗位职责为依据、绩效考核为基础,构建了一套行之有效的35k V变电站设备运维管理体系。
In order to adapt to the State Grid Corporation of China ″three intensive management and five large scale″ system construction requirements,to realize the integration of operation and overhaul,to improve the production efficiency and benefit,in accordance with the intensification,flattening,professional management mode,State Grid Lujiang Power Supply Company actively innovates,according to the position responsibility of worker at the production line,based on the performance assessment,the effective 35 k V transformer substation equipment operation and maintenance management system is built.
