摘要
针对空气预热器机械传感器漏风控制系统的常见故障进行了详细分析,并提出了具体解决方案,通过机组大修对漏风控制装置进行技术改造后,消除了影响漏风控制装置正常运行的重大故障,解决了空预器漏风控制系统运行时对于间隙测量的准确性问题,完善了漏风控制系统的远程监视和多重保护,提高了系统运行的可靠性和安全性,而且降低了设备维护成本,本空气预热器漏风控制装置技术改造取得了预期效果。
The common faults of the air-preheater mechanical sensor air leakage control system are analyzed in detail,and it proposed the concrete solution. Through the outage of air-preheater leakage control unit after technical renovation,eliminated the significant affect the normal operation of air leakage control device failure,solved the air-preheater leakage control system problem for clearance measurement accuracy,and improved the air leakage control system remote monitoring and multiple protection,improved the reliability and security of the system operation. The air-preheater leakage control technical reform has obtained the expected effect.
