教师学习的内涵与外延

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,随着教师教育改革的发展,教师学习逐渐从日常话语转为研究领域,为此,有必要对教师学习的内涵与外延做出进一步的分析,以解除人们认识上的误区,厘清教师学习与教师教育、学习共同体、教师专业发展的区别与联系,从而对教师学习有更深层次的认识。
