Experience of professor YANG Jiguo in treating infantile enuresis by coordinating kidney,spleen and lung

杨教授认为小儿遗尿症的主要病位在肾、脾、肺,辨证分为脾肾阳虚型、肺肾气虚型、肺脾气虚型,治疗以调理肾、脾、肺为主,常用五子衍宗丸、缩泉丸、参苓白术散、补中益气汤和玉屏风散加减治疗,同时强调日常调护,疗效确切。并附验案1则。

Objective Professor YANG thinks that the main locations of infantile enuresis are kidney,spleen and lung,and divides the disease into types of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,Qi deficiency of lung and kidney and Qi deficiency of lung and spleen. It can be effectively treated by coordinating kidney,spleen and lung with Wuzi Yanzong Pill,Suoquan Pill,Shenling Baizhu Powder,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Yupingfeng Power which will be modified to fit syndromes. Meanwhile she emphasizes everyday regulation and nursing care. The clinical experience of professor YANG in treating infantile enuresis is effective. A cured case is enclosed.
