摘要
目的观察引导式教育对脑瘫儿童日常生活自理能力的培养与促进。方法将82例2-7岁脑瘫儿童根据年龄、智能、功能障碍程度的不同分为4组,均在我院接受全天的引导式教育小组学习,1年后以脑瘫儿童实用技能评估记录表进行综合评估。结果 82例脑瘫儿童日常生活自理能力均有明显提高,进食、梳洗、穿衣、如厕等肢体功能障碍程度明显改善(P〈0.05)。结论引导式教育能明显提高脑瘫儿童日常生活自理能力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of conductive education on activities of daily living of the cerebral palsy children. Methods 82 cases of cerebral palsy children of 2 to 7 years were divided into 4 groups according to the age,intelligence,dysfunction levels. All received all-day group learning of conductive education at our hospital. After an academic year,the practical skill assessment records of the children were comprehensively evaluated. Results After the treatment,the activities of daily living of the 82 cases of cerebral palsy children had been markedly improved,and the dysfunction levels of feeding,washing and dressing and going-to-toilet were all significantly improved( P〈0.05). Conclusion Conductive education can significantly improve activities of daily living of daily life of children with cerebral palsy.
