中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸60例疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的观察中西医结合治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将117例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组57例和治疗组60例,对照组给予保温、营养支持及光疗治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用茵栀黄口服液和酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗。结果 2组患儿治疗后血清总胆红素、结合胆红素与黄疸消退时间较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的68.4%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液、酪酸梭菌活菌散联合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 117 cases of infants with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group of 57 cases and treatment group of 60 cases. The control group were given heat preservation,nutrition support and phototherapy treatment,and the treatment group was added with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and butyric shuttle live bacteria powder based on the above treatment. Results After treatment,the serum total bilirubin,conjugated bilirubin and the receding of jaundice of the patients were significantly improved in both groups（ P〈0.05）. The improvement in the treatment group was prior to that of the control group,the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total response rate of the treatment group was 96. 7%,significantly higher than that of the control group（ 68. 4%）,the difference of the two groups was highly statistically significant（ P 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate in the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and clostridium butyricum powder combined with phototherapy treatment are significantly effective in treating neonatal jaundice and worthy of clinical application.
