中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿腹泻54例疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of TCM acupoint sticking in the treatment of 54 cases of infantile diarrhea

目的观察中药穴位敷贴治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 108例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例。对照组给予常规对症治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药敷贴,3 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.6%,对照组为70.4%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿腹泻消失时间、大便常规恢复正常时间经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴可明显改善腹泻患儿临床症状,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM acupoint sticking on infantile diarrhea.Methods 108 cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,54 cases each. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing and the treatment group was given TCM acupoint sticking on the basis of the above treatment,3 days as a period of treatment. After a period of treatment,the curative effect of 2 groups was evaluated. Results The overall response rate of the treatment group was 92.6%,and that of the control group was 70. 4%,the differences of two groups was highly statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The extinction time of diarrhea and the normalization turning time of the excrement routine were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM acupoint sticking can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of pediatric diarrhea and shorten the treatment time,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
