摘要
[目的]了解和掌握野生地被植物的耐寒性,为以后的推广应用提供依据。[方法]采用逐级降温程序模拟冰冻处理技术,测定蛇含委陵菜、蔓茎堇菜、点腺过路黄、虎耳草、红马蹄草、梗花龙头草、地黄、大叶金腰、竹根七、血盆草等10种野生地被植物离体叶片的相对电导率,并用Logistic方程计算它们的半致死温度(LT50)。[结果]10种野生地被植物的耐寒性强弱依次为大叶金腰(-13.621 4℃)>地黄(-13.599 1℃)>虎耳草(-13.394 0℃)>蛇含委陵菜(-13.393 7℃)>竹根七(-12.437 7℃)>血盆草(-11.439 3℃)>点腺过路黄(-10.514 7℃)>梗花龙头草(-9.791 5℃)>红马蹄草(-9.279 4℃)>蔓茎堇菜(-6.651 0℃)。[结论]10种野生地被植物都具有较强的耐低温能力,能够在武汉地区露地越冬,在武汉地区的园林景观中加以应用。
[Objective] The cold resistance of wild ground cover plants was understood and grasped to provide the basis for future popularization and application. [Method]Relative conductivity of detached leaves of the 10 kinds of wild plants was measured with gradual cooling using simulated freezing treatment technologies,and their lethal temperature( LT50) was calculated with Logistic equation. 10 kinds of wild ground cover plants included Saxifraga stolonifera Curt.,Hydrangea macrophylla( Thunb.) Seringe,Lysimachia hemsleyana Maxim.,Salvia cavaleriei Levl. var. simplicifolia Stib.,Meehenia fargesii( Levl.) C. Y. Wuvar. pedunculata( Hemsl.) C. Y. Wu,Disporopsis fuscopicta Hance,Rehmannia glutinosa( Gaert.) Libch.,Potentilla kleiniana and Hydrocotyle nepalensis,Viola diffusa Ging. [Result] Cold resistance strength of 10 kinds of wild ground cover plants was as follows: Hydrangea macrophylla( Thunb.) Seringe(- 13. 621 4 ℃) 〉Rehmannia glutinosa( Gaert.) Libch.(- 13. 599 1 ℃) 〉Saxifraga stolonifera Curt.(- 13. 394 0 ℃) 〉Potentilla kleiniana(- 13. 393 7 ℃) 〉Disporopsis fuscopicta Hance(- 12. 437 7 ℃) 〉Salvia cavaleriei Levl. var. simplicifolia Stib.(- 11. 439 3 ℃)〉 Lysimachia hemsleyana Maxim.(- 10. 514 7 ℃) 〉Meehenia fargesii( Levl.) [Conclusion]10 kinds of wild ground cover plants had a strong resistance to low temperature capability,which could overwintered in Wuhan and applied in Wuhan area's landscape.
