摘要 低聚糖和益生菌在婴幼儿配方食品中添加的目的是使其接近于母乳喂养,维护婴幼儿肠道、免疫系统的健康。从专利技术方面,对低聚糖和益生菌在婴幼儿配方食品中的发展历程以及发展情况进行了总结梳理,而正确理解低聚糖、益生菌的相关技术则有重要的现实指导意义。 The purpose of adding oligosaccharides and probiotics in infant formula is to make it closer to breastfeeding, then maintain the health of intestinal and immune system. From the patent technical aspect, this paper summerized and analyzed the development process of oligosaccha- rides and probiotics in infant formula, and the correct understanding of oligosaccharides and probiotics has important practical significance.
