摘要
粮食安全是国家战略问题,事关经济发展与社会稳定。该研究从相关政策、粮食生产、粮食流通、粮食存储与粮食消费等与粮食安全紧密相关的5个方面,分别探讨并梳理其中对粮食安全能够产生影响的各主要因素,为采取有效措施保障粮食安全提供思路。
Food security is the national strategic issue, which linked with economic development and social stability. From five aspects of related policy, food production, food circulation, food storage, and food consumption, various factors which have effects on food security were discussed, in order to provide ideas for taking effective measures to guarantee food security.
