丘陵山区特色农业发展趋势的调查分析——基于山西省平陆县和垣曲县的调查

Analysis about Characteristic Agricultural Development in Hilly Area—Based on Investigation of Pinglu and Yuanqu County,Shanxi Province

根据2014年山西省平陆县和垣曲县调查数据,分析了当地特色农业发展趋势。结果表明:目前丘陵山区特色农业是在农民人均纯收入水平低的情境下发展的;特色农业发展以农户承包经营和农民专业合作社经营模式为主;区域规模化的特色农业发展已经形成;绿色资本功能开始渗透到特色农业发展之中;以特色农产品为主导的特色农业发展成为发展核心内容。指出实现"特色规模化、特色组织化、特色技术化、特色市场化"是丘陵山区特色农业发展趋势,由此提出丘陵山区特色农业发展的相关建议。

According to survey data in Pinglu and Yuanqu County, Shanxi Province in 2014, the characteristic agricultural development trend was analyzed. The results show that charaeteristie agricultural development is in a low level income state; farmers and farmers＇ cooperatives op- erating is main management mode ; regional-scale of agricultural development has been formed ; green capital begin to penetrate into characteris- tics agrieulture development; charaeteristie agricultural products become the core content. It was pointed out that ＂characteristic scale, organization, technology and market＂ should be developed, several relevant suggestions for developing charaeteristic agriculture in hilly area were put forward.
