聚落空间形态演变视角的传统村落经济研究——以永安青水乡为例

Research on the Economy of Traditional Villages Based on the Perspective of the Evolution of Spatial Form of Settlement Space

传统村落是我国历史文化遗产的重要组成部分。随着城镇化的进程,其生存和发展呈现出与现代社会的高度不适应性。通过对福建省永安青水乡的实证调查,从其空间形态变化获取其演变的轨迹和独有的特征,归纳出传统村落经济发展普遍存在的困境,如区域经济定位不明晰,特色优势无从发挥;产业结构较为单一,风险度较高;新技术、新理念推进缓慢;生产和销售体系难以适应市场化要求等。针对这些问题对传统村落的保护和发展进行思考,要发展传统村落经济,必须为其署切实可行的、富有特色的经济战略,进行产业结构和产业升级的指导,加快观念更新,尝试新技术,并为其提供生产和销售的市场化的辅助和参考建议。

The traditional village is an important part of historical and cultural heritage in our country . In the process of urbanization , its survival and development is not adaptive to the modern society . Through the empirical investigation of Qingshui county , which is in the Yong＇an city , Fujian province , we got its evolution trajectory and the unique characteristics from its space form change . We also summed up the plight of the traditional villages＇economic development . First , the regional economic position is not clear , so the advantages cannot appear . Second , the industrial structure is relatively single with higher risk . Third , new technology and new ideas spread slowly . And the last is that the production and sales system is difficult to adapt to market requirements . To develop the traditional villages , we must have a practical and distinctive economic strategy , upgrade the industry structure , renew the idea , try new technology , and provide the assistance and advice for its production and sales .
