安徽省城乡收入对产业结构的影响研究

Influence of Income on the Industrial Structure Between Urban and Rural Areas in Anhui

产业结构调整作为政府实现宏观发展战略目标的重要调控手段,对我国实现工业化城镇化具有重要意义。本文利用安徽省1995-2012年的数据,通过向量自回归模型,研究安徽省城乡居民收入对产业结构升级作用的大小。研究表明,城乡居民收入的提高都对产业结构升级具有正向的促进作用,但农村居民收入的提高对产业结构升级作用明显。所以,在保证城镇居民收入的同时,农村居民收入的提高是实现产业结构升级的重点,应加大人力资本投入,改善交通条件,增加农村居民收入,逐渐缩小收入差距,产生缩小城乡差距的正面效应。

Industrial structure adjustment , as the important means of regulating the government macroscopic development strategy goal , is of great significance to our country to realize industrialization urbanization . This paper , by using data from 1995 to 2012 in Anhui province , through the vector auto-regressive model , researches the influence of the income of urban and rural residents in Anhui province on upgrading industrial structure . The study shows that the improvement of the income of urban and rural residents plays the positive role in promoting industrial structure upgrade , but the improvement of rural residents income affects industrial structure upgrade obviously . Therefore at the same time of guarantee for urban residents income , the increase of rural residents＇income is the realization of the focus of the industry structure upgrade . In the long run , it is necessary to increase investment in human capital , improve traffic conditions , increase the income of rural residents , and gradually narrow the income gap to produce the positive effect .
