Key Technology of Offshore Wind Farm Secondary System Design

摘要 随着国家新能源战略的进一步深入,海上风电即将迎来大发展时期。由于远离陆地,海上风电场具有所处环境复杂、气候恶劣、施工困难、运行维护不便等特点,使其在运行值班模式、继电保护配置、组网方案、信息流传输、设备状态监测、模块化设计等二次关键技术方面与陆地风电场存在较大差异。该文对海上风电场二次系统相关设计技术进行了研究,进一步规范、优化了设计方案,对保证海上风电运行的可靠性,提升自动化水平和建设水平,有序推动我国海上风电的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。 Along w ith the further deepening of the national new-energy strategy,offshore w ind farm w ill step into a period of great development. Due to far aw ay from the land,offshore w ind farm has characteristics of complex environment,bad w eather,difficult construction,inconvenient operation and maintenance,etc.,and its secondary key technologies are different from those of w ind farm on land,such as operation and duty mode,relay protection configuration,netw ork scheme,information transmission,equipment condition monitoring,modular design and so on. This paper studied related design technologies of secondary system in offshore w ind farm,further standardized and optimized the design scheme,w hich had very important significance to ensure the reliability of the running of offshore w ind farm,enhance the levels of automation and construction,and promote the healthy development of offshore w ind farm in China.
