摘要
根据栎舞毒蛾生物学特性,利用生物制剂在室内和野外进行防治试验,结果表明:在室内防治试验中,2.5%三苦素800倍稀释液效果最好,Bt次之,白僵菌效果不明显;在野外防治试验中,2.5%三苦素800倍、1 200倍液的防治效果与室内试验结果基本吻合,而Bt 800倍、1 200倍液明显低于室内试验防治效果。桦树树干基部喷药防治方法与栎树树冠喷雾相比较,用药量少且防治效果高于树冠喷雾防治,但树干基部法必须在初孵幼虫大量孵化并开始上树时进行喷药防治。
The controlling experiment was made indoors and outdoors by using the biological agent according to the biological characteristics of Lymantria mathura. The result showed that the effect of 2. 5% Sankusu 800 times diluent was the best,Bt took the second place and the effect of Beauveria bassiana was not obvious in indoors. The controlling effect of 2.5% Sankusu 800,1200 times diluent was similar with that of indoors. Nevertheless,the controlling effect of Bt 800,1200 times diluent was lower than that of indoors. Compared with canopy spray of Quercus,the controlling effect of Betula basic stem spraying was better than the canopy spray and it cost less dosage. But basic stem spraying can be used when newly hatched larvae hatched in a large number and began to go to trees.
