摘要
对敏捷制造和敏捷企业领域、敏捷软件开发和敏捷项目管理领域的国内外相关敏捷性理论进行研究,总结工业设计领域可借鉴的敏捷理论。文章通过分析工业设计的不确定性因素,探讨工业设计的敏捷性特征,进而概括敏捷工业设计方法的基本原则为以自组织团队为组织形式,以轻量级实践为设计方法,以适应式过程为设计流程,以期从敏捷性角度为工业设计实践提供方法参考。
Through the research in the field of agile manufacturing and agile enterprises, agile software development and agile project management, summarize the referential agility theory for industrial design. The uncertainties of industrial design are analyzed and the agility of industrial design is discussed. The basic principle of industrial design method can be summarized in three respects of self-organizing teams, lightweight practices and adaptive process.
