The Methods and Effect for Promoting the Quality of Fashion Design Major Teaching by Using Auxiliary Teaching Such as “School-Enterprise Cooperation” and “The Second Class”

摘要 自1978年改革开放至今,服装产业结构的调整一步步深化,这就要求服装专业毕业生既必须既具有创新精神又要具有实践能力才能得到企业和社会的认可。每个高等院校都在积极尝试各种人才培养模式以适应企业和社会的需求。作为以培养"高级应用型人才"为主要目标的独立学院,逐渐成为服装企业和教育工作者关注的焦点。经过多年的教学实践,独立学院在服装专业的应用取得了一定的成绩。但通过研究,笔者发现独立学院的服装专业的教学在很大程度上是虚假的繁荣,尚还有很多不尽如人意的地方。文章以独立学院为研究对象,主要致力于高级应用型人才为导向的提升服装专业教学质量的教学模式和方案创新研究,以期能对服装专业相关的教学工作提供参考。 The structure of the clothing industry in China which have adjusted since the initiation of reform and opening in 1978 requires that the Fashion Design major graduates must have both innovative and practical ability to get recognition from businesses and society. Colleges and universities are actively trying various patterns of the talents training to adapt the requirements of businesses and society. Independent colleges which take the "advanced applicative talents training" as the primary goal have gradually become the focus of clothing enterprises and educators' concern. After many years of teaching practice, independent colleges have already obtained certain achievements in application of Fashion Design major. Based on the research, however, it is shown that there is largely a false prosperity in Fashion Design major teaching of independent colleges, the outcome is not positive. This paper which takes the independent colleges as the study objective is committed to the innovation research of teaching mode and scheme that enhance the quality of advanced-applicative-talents-oriented Fashion Design major in order to provide reference to the Fashion Design major teaching.
