摘要
中国博览会会展综合体项目由于建筑平面过大,分包单位过多,交叉作业面繁杂,施工组织管理极具挑战性。为了解决这些难题,在项目的施工阶段借助BIM技术,对施工作业面进行划分,并进行相关区域的施工模拟、冲突分析、施工方案优化等多方面应用,取得明显成效。
Because of the large building plan, excessive sub-contractors, multifarious crossover operation, the construction organization and management of China Expo Exhibition Complex project is extremely challenging. In order to solve the problems, authors used BIM （building information modeling） technology in construction stage. Based on BIM, the working surface is divided, and the related work for construction simulation, conflict analysis, construction scheme optimization are done, and the significant result is obtained.
