摘要 建筑供应链是建筑行业未来发展的趋势,将BIM-GIS技术应用于建筑供应链可视化中可以有效监控物流过程和空间布置过程,在建立建筑供应链可视化模型并对其进行信息流动分析、建筑构件属性分析、成本监控分析和物料监控分析后,表明BIM在设计阶段可以提供精确的建筑构件及物料清单,GIS在采购阶段可以确定最佳供应商和最佳运输路线,BIM与GIS的结合可以对供应链中不同阶段的实际状态物料进行可视化监控,从而减少物料的交付时间和供应链的运行成本,增强了建筑供应链的整体竞争力。 There is a trend for the construction supply chain in the future. BIM-GIS is applied into the construction supply chain visualization to monitor material flow and spatial layout on site. After a model based on BIM-GIS is proposed, the information flow, the construction elements property, the CSC cost and the CSC material are analyzed. It is found that BIM is used to accurately provide a detailed takeoff in an early phase of the procurement process and GIS is used to choose the best supplier and the best transportation route, the BIM-GIS is used to monitor and control the material in the different time of the CSC, which reduces the cost of the CSC process and hours of material delivery and increases competition ability of the whole construction supply chain.
