摘要
根据港珠澳大桥东人工岛大直径钢圆筒和钢副格相结合的快速成岛施工工艺,详细介绍了快速人工建岛施工技术在工程中的应用。东人工岛成岛施工采用八锤联动液压振动锤将大直径钢圆筒插入海底不透水土层,形成人工岛体外轮廓,然后在钢圆筒及钢圆筒构成的岛体内吹填砂土,并采用塑料排水板联合堆载预压、水上挤密砂桩等工艺对岛体内外的软土层进行地基处理,最终形成稳定的岛体结构。快速人工建岛施工工艺的成功运用实现了深海大型人工岛的快速成型、规模化作业和环保施工,为外海海洋资源开发提供了可靠的工程保障。
As the combination technology of large diameter steel cylinder and steel vice were successfully used in the rapid construction of east island in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the rapid island- information technology was introduced. In the island-formation construction of east island, the large diameter steel cylinder were inserted by eight linkage hydraulic vibration hammer to impervious soil layer in seafloor, and the out contour of artificial island is formed. When the backfill sand were filled in the island body, ultradeep flashboard preloaded drainage consolidation method and sand compaction piles were used in the ground treatment of soft soil layer, and the steady island structure were formed. The success of rapid island-formation technology make the rapid prototyping, scale operation and environmental construction of artificial island in deep sea become a reality, which provide a reliable security engineering technology for offshore marine resources development.
