全面推进依法治国背景下司法体制改革探究

On the Judicial System Reform under the Background of Comprehensively Advancing Rule of Law

依法治国是中国共产党领导人民治理国家、发展国家的基本方略。在依法治国方略的指导下,实施司法体制改革的主要目标是:建立公平、公正、高效、权威的司法体系。司法体制改革的重点是:突出司法工作的独立性,建立健全反腐体系;突出实效性,注重解决实际问题;进一步完善人民陪审员制度;注重提升司法队伍的专业化;推进司法行为的公开化。改革的指导思想是:依法进行改革;坚持党的绝对领导;需要公众积极参与;强化司法权的国家性。

The Rule of Law is the basic strategy of developing country under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Under its＇ guidance, the judicial system reform aims to establish fair, equitable, efficient and authoritative judicial system follow the guiding principle of law, the absolute leadership of the CPC, the active public participation and the national judicial power. The reform centers on the independence of the judiciary, the establishment of a sound anti-corruption system and the practical results of solving problems in order to improve the people＇s assessor system, enhance the team＇s specialization and promote the openness of judicial acts as well.
