论班级授课制下的个性发展

摘要 随着素质教育观和全面教育观的提出,国家对人才的需要不仅仅局限于其数量的增长,更为重要的是质量的提高,而在大班制下的教学由于其一体化的形式和内容,忽视了对学生的个性培养。因此,在班级授课制下强调对学生进行个性发展是时代的要求,是历史的呼唤,可在为国家培养大量人才的同时培养具有现代意义的高素质人才。 With the propose of Quality Education and Comprehensive Education, the country's needs for talent center on both quantity and quality. However, in large class teaching system, due to integration form and content, the teaching ignores the cultivation of students' personality. Therefore, emphasizing personality development of students in the class teaching system is the demand of the times and the call of history, which helps to cultivate not only a large number of talents, but also a group of highly qualified personnel with modern sense.
