摘要
汉民族的饮食文化丰富多样,烹饪历史源远流长。采用语义场的理论,可将现代汉语中常见的15个"烹饪"词分为"蒸煮"、"煎炒"两类,从历时层面通过义素分析法梳理各个语义场内部的关系,揭示义场演变特点,可为汉语词汇史和文化史的研究提供参考。
With a long history of cooking, the Chinese food culture is diversified. Based on the semantic field theory, this paper classifies 15 words related to different "cooking" methods such as "steam" and "fry" into two categories. From the diachronic perspective, it analyzes the internal relationships among each semantic field through semene analysis and concludes the characteristics of semantic field evolution, aiming at providing some references for the research of history and Chinese vocabulary.
