摘要
电连接器是电气连接中的关键元件。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对电连接器外壳受力过程进行有限元分析计算,将更为准确的计算出外壳的应力,增加设计的可靠性,最终达到外壳优化设计的目的。
The electrical connector is key components of electrical connections. According to the electrical connector shell cold extrusion forming technology characters, through the finite element analysis software ANSYS to the electrical con-nector shell warm extrusion molding process was calculated by finite element analysis, will be more accurate calculate the shell stress and increase the reliability of the design, and finally reach the purpose of shell optimization design.
