丹麦国家资历框架解析 被引量:1

摘要 在国际、国家发展和进一步加强终身学习的背景下,丹麦制定了涉及各级各类教育和培训体系的国家资历框架,该框架以反映学习结果的知识、技能和能力为基础,将不同机构的资历纳入统一的层次体系中,每种资历都与一定的能力标准相联系,反映了劳动力市场对知识、技能和能力的需求,使学习者具有了明确的学习方向,也方便对先前学习成果进行认证,为人才流动、从业者职业提升、学习者学分积累与转换奠定了基础,促进了终身学习的发展和学习社会的建立。
