蜱虫叮咬致病报道增多,已引起医务工作者重视。目前,大多数医务工作者关注蜱虫叮咬所引起的感染性疾病,而对蜱虫叮咬所致红肉过敏关注甚少,本文从蜱虫叮咬与红肉过敏的相关性,以及蜱虫叮咬所致红肉过敏的发病机制、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后等方面综述蜱虫叮咬所致红肉过敏的研究进展,以期为临床提供参考。

More and more medical workers pay attention to the increasing number of case reports published in the field of various tick bites induced diseases.Currently,most physician focus on infectious diseases caused by tick bites rather than tick bites induced red meat allergy.The relationship between tick bites and red meat allergy, pathogenesis,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatments and prognosis of tick bites induced red meat allergy was reviewed in this article t,to provide scientific references for clinical practice.
