在我国历史上民生问题一直备受世人关注,时至今日,民生问题依然至关重要。它是关乎国家前途和命运的大问题,因此也就成为我国全面建成小康社会,加快步伐推进社会主义现代化建设必须解决的现实难题。邓小平改善民生的基本思想主要体现在四个方面:一是发展生产力是改善民生的根本手段;二是实现共同富裕是改善民生的价值追求;三是实施"三步走"的发展战略,稳步提高人民的生活水平;四是解决"三农"问题是改善民生的重要基础。邓小平改善民生的基本思想是在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设过程中逐渐形成的,同时也给我们以深刻的启示:其一,先富共富思想有助于解决当前我国贫富差距过大的问题;其二,"三农"思想有助于解决当前我国城乡差距拉大的问题。

The people’s livehood remains the prime concern of the community until today in the chinese history.Because it is concerning the future and destiny of Chinese nationion.Which becomes the a practical problem on building well-off society and speeding up socialist modernization drive.The basic idea of DENG Xiaoping’s improving the people’s livelihood is mainly man-ifested in four aspects：Firstly,developing the productive forces is the basic means of improving the people’s livelihood.Secondly,realizing common prosperity is the value pursue of improving the people’s livelihood.Thirdly,three stages model is the development strategy of improving the people’s livelihood.Lastly,solving the problem of agriculture,rural and farmers is the main base of improving the people’s livelihood.Therefore,the basic idea of the in-depth study of DENG Xiaoping’s livelihood has important practical improvements to the revelation.DENG Xiaoping basic thought develop in the course of the reform and openning-up and socialist modernization constuction drive which provides profound enlightenment,the first of which helps to solve the chasm between rich and poor in that society,the second of which the thought of the agriculture,rural and farmers helps to solving the diffience between the urban and the rural areas.
