略论政治家的伦理问题

Discussion on the Ethical of Politicians

政治家要自觉地在民主和法治的基础上执政,其行为要符合法律的规定,其过程要符合正当的程序,并且必须对自己的行为所造成的后果负责。只有在程序和责任方面建立一套完善的机制,才能保证政治家的行为真正符合人民的利益。笔者分别从理论和历史两个方面对这一问题进行论述。

Politicians should govern the country in the orbit of democracy and rule of law.They should act in accordance with the provisions of the law whose practices of law enforcement conform to the proper procedure,who must be responsible for the consequences of his actions.As long as the the procedure and the responsibility establishment is a sound mechanism,we can ensure the behavior of politicians meet to the interests of the people.This paper discusses this problem from the theory and the history respectively point of view.
