摘要
在企业管理者的激励过程中,年薪制是一种非常有效的方式。文章通过对农村民营企业管理人员年薪制实施的情况进行分析,发现农村民营企业在年薪制的构建管理方面存在一定问题,因此,提出可以从组织、制度、考核等方面采取措施加以保障,确保年薪体系的顺利实施。
In the process of enterprise managers incentive,the annual salary system is a very effective way.This paper analyzes implementation situation of the annual salary system of the rural private enterprise management personnel.It finds that there are some problems in management design about annual salary system of the rural private enterprises,can put forward from the aspects of organization,system,evaluation and so on take measures to guarantee,to ensure the smooth implementation of.We can take measures to ensure the annual salary system implementation smooth such as the organization,system,evaluationand so on.
