摘要
目的:观察并分析小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与泼尼松联合治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)的疗效。方法:选取2013年7月-2014年7月来本院就诊的100例小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎病例,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各50例,两组均接受基础治疗,观察组同时给予小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠与泼尼松联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理。结果:与对照组相比,观察组肺部啰音、咳嗽等症状与体征消失更早,体温恢复时间更早,住院时间更短,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患儿C-反应蛋白、中性粒细胞比重以及血沉等炎症指标均有明显改善,前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患儿C-反应蛋白、中性粒细胞比重以及血沉改善更优,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎临床治疗方案中,小剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合泼尼松效果确切,可在短期内改善患儿临床症状,改善炎症指标,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the small dose of Methyl prednisolone sodium succinate and combination treatment with Prednisone children refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP)curative effect. Method:100 cases children refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from July 2013 to July 2013 in our hospital,according to random number table method to each 50 cases were divided into control group and observation group,two groups of foundation treatment,observation group at the same time giving small doses of a Prednisolone sodium succinate and combination treatment with Prednisone,two groups of treatment effect was compared and the research results related data for statistical processing.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group’s lung sounds,cough and other symptoms and signs disappeared earlier,temperature recovery time earlier,shorter hospital stay,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Compared with before treatment,two groups of children with C-reactive protein,the proportion of neutrophils and blood sedimentation inflammatory indexes were obviously improved,before and after the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group and observation group with C-reactive protein,the proportion of neutrophils and improve better blood sedimentation,differences between groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:In children refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in clinical treatment,small dose of Methyl prednisolone sodium succinate combined Prednisone exact effect,can improve the clinical symptoms in the short term,improve inflammation index,worth clinical promotion use.
