摘要
目的:探讨酸烧伤后家兔球结膜微循环变化规律及机制,以及酸烧伤后家兔血液流变性的变化,探讨其对机体血液粘滞性的影响。方法:以健康成年家兔为实验对象,随机分为对照组及烧伤组,复制酸烧伤模型,分别在烧伤后即刻、烧伤后30 min、烧伤后1 h、烧伤后2 h观测球结膜微循环;在两组伤后即刻,伤后8 h、伤后24 h、伤后48 h四个时相进行采血,检测全血黏度(ηb)、全血还原黏度(ηr)、血浆黏度(ηp)、血沉(ESR)、血沉方程K值(K)、红细胞比容(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(FB)、红细胞刚性指数(TK)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)各相应数值,分别进行统计学分析比较。结果:烧伤组四个时相的总积分值分别与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ηb及ηr进行比较后,四个时相在同切变率下,烧伤组伤后各值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ηp、HCT、ESR、K、FB、EAI、TK比较后,烧伤组伤后各时相所得值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:机体受到酸烧伤后,球结膜微循环有严重的改变,出现不同程度的微循环障碍,而且影响血液在血管中的流动速度,导致血液流变性发生变化。
Objective:To observe the changes in bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation of acid burned rabbits during early burning,to study the regularity and characters of its changing,and changes of hemorheology,then explore its effect on blood viscosity.Method:The healthy adult rabbits were selected as experimental objects,and were randomly divided into control group and burn group,duplicate the model of acid burn,when two groups after injury immediately, after injury 30 min,1 h,2 h,the bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation were observed,blooding when two groups after injury immediately,after injury 8,24,48 h,the parameters included whole-blood viscosity(ηb),whole-blood re-store viscosity(ηr),plasma viscosity(ηp),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),K value of ESR equation(K), hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FB),erythrocyte stiffen index(TK),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI),test data were measurement data,and were analyzed by t test.Result:Total credit value of four phases respectively compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Compared the two groupsηb andηr,and four phase at the same shear rate,the value in burn injury group was higher than that in control group(P〈0.05);compared two groups ofηp,HCT,ESR,K,FB,EAI,TK,the values of burn group in each phase were higher than those of control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:After acid burns,bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation changes severely,affecting blood flow velocity in the blood vessels,leading to changes in blood rheology.
