Exploration on Promoting Effective Accesses' in Applicative Teaching Staff's Cultivation of Vocational Colleges

高职教育就是要为社会培养既有一定理论知识又具备较强实践能力,满足经济社会发展需要和为生产一线服务的数以亿计高素质的劳动者和技术技能人才。高职教育自身的实用性和技能性的培养特征,要求教师不仅具备理论教学能力还要具备专业实践应用能力,才能满足高职院校人才培养的需要。本文通过对高职院校应用型师资现状的分析,探索提升高职院校应用型师资培养的有效途径。

Vocational education intends to cultivate billions of high-qualified worker and technicians that satisfying the requirement for economic, social development and serving for productive lines. The characteristics of practicality and competency that vocational education possess require teachers equipped with theoretical teaching abilities but with practical and applicative competencies that could meet the demands of vocational talents’ cultivation. With the analysis on current status of teaching staff in vocational colleges, the essay explored to improve the effective access for vocational colleges’ cultivation of applicative teaching staffs.
