摘要
目的比较分析不同疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院自2011年1月至2013年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者130例,其中,Ⅰ组患者(65例)采用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗;Ⅱ组患者(65例)采用开放式无张力疝修补术进行治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果 1两组患者手术时间及术后并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2Ⅰ组患者的术后疼痛持续时间及住院时间明显短于Ⅱ组患者,但其住院费用高于Ⅱ组患者(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝修补术和开放式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝均具有良好疗效,可根据患者不同的身体状况认真选择治疗方式。
Objective To compare the effect of different clinical hernia repair inguinal hernia treatment. Methods 130 patients were selected from our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013, I group of patiants（65 eases）were treated by TEP; H patients（65 cases） were treated by open tension- free hernia repair treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results ①There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients in postoperative complications and operative time（P〉0.05）. ② I group of patients was significantly shorter in group Ⅱ patients in postoperative pain and duration of hospital stay, but the cost was higher than Ⅱ group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions TEP and open tension-free hernia repair inguinal hernia treatment have good effect, we can carefully choose treatment according to the patient＇s physical condition.
