摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)在治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法我院在2009年7月至2012年11月期间,共收治46例腰椎压缩性骨折患者,男17例,女29例;年龄55~82岁,平均年龄68.2岁;其中新鲜骨折39例,陈旧骨折7例;所有患者的椎体高度压缩25%~65%,均在C臂透视下行PKP治疗。结果患者均安全耐受手术,手术平均时间(45±15)min。未出现肺栓塞,脊髓或神经根损伤等并发症,术后患者疼痛均明显缓解。结论 PKP作为一种新型微创技术,创伤小,操作简便,能够迅速缓解疼痛,改善患者生活质量,是治疗老年性骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的首选手术方式。 Objective To investigate the percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures clinical efficacy. Method In our hospital in July 2009 to November 2012 were treated 46 cases of patients with vertebral compression fractures, 17 males and 29 females; aged 55 to 82 years, mean age 68.2 years; 39 cases of fresh fractures, old fracture; all patients with vertebral height compression 25%-65% in the C-arm fluoroscopic PKP treatment. Results The patients safely tolerate surgery, the mean operative time of(45±15)min. Complications such as pulmonary embolism, spinal cord or nerve root injury, postoperative pain in patients with apparent ease. Conclusion PKP as a new minimally invasive techniques, minimally invasive, easy to operate, can quickly relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients, is the preferred surgical approach for the treatment of senile osteoporosis lumbar compression fracture.
