介入手术护理配合路径图在肿瘤介入治疗中的应用

The Application of Interventional Surgical Care with the Road Map of Interventional Treatment of Cancer

目的探讨并分析介入手术护理配合路径图在肿瘤介入治疗中的应用。方法将我院于2013年1月至2014年1月收治的800例肿瘤病患为研究对象,基于肿瘤介入手术接台时间短、病患住院时间比较短以及科室手术比较多等具体情况的分析,把肿瘤规范临床护理行为以及病患需求制作为肿瘤介入手术护理配合路径图,观察其于肿瘤介入治疗中的应用情况。结果相对于未应用前而言,经介入手术护理配合路径图的应用,肿瘤病患满意度与手术换台的速度均得到了相应的提高,且病患手术等候的时间也得到了缩短,应用前后所存差异显著,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论从本次研究的结果来看,在肿瘤介入治疗中应用介入手术护理配合路径图,所获成效显著且良好,可使科室肿瘤介入手术护理配合效率以及质量得到提高。

Objective To investigate the interventional operation and analyze the nursing path map application of interventional therapy in tumor. Methods In our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 the hospital treated 800 cases of tumor patients as the research object, analysis of tumor interventional operation time short, the inpatient department operation time shorter and more specific circumstances based on the specification, tumor clinical nursing and patients＇ needs for the production of tumor interventional operation nursing path graph, observe its application in tumor interventional treatment. Results Compared with the non application of interventional operation, nursing application path graph, tumor patient satisfaction and operation for next surgery speed are improved, and the patient operation waiting time has been shortened, before and after the application of the difference, with statistical significance, P 0.05. Conclusion From the results of this research, in interventional treatment of tumors in the application of interventional operation nursing path diagram, the effect and good nursing intervention, can make the operation efficiency and quality are improved in tumor.
