This paper brings in the commercial crowdsourcing model of economic operation to the library knowledge consulting services, introduces the crowdsourcing concept, features, business success stories; crowdsourcing applications in foreign libraries; difficulties faced by the knowledge consulting services; crowdsourcing mode knowledge consulting services＇ contents, processes and management.
