摘要
以SP120摊铺机的液压调平系统作为研究对象,分析该系统的故障形式及其原因,提出基于模糊Petri网的摊铺机液压调平系统的故障诊断方法,用模糊Petri网表示液压调平系统故障诊断知识,建立模糊Petri网故障诊断推理模型,并利用基于图形搜索的模糊Petri网推理算法对其进行故障的推理和诊断,验证该算法的可行性,该方法应用于诊断工程机械液压系统故障是准确有效的。
In order to study the reason of hydraulic leveling system failure of the paver screed, based on the hydraulic leveling system of SP120 paver as the reasearch object, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy Petri net theory is put forward through the analysis of the failure forms and reasons of the system. The fuzzy Petri net is utilized to represent the knowledge of the hydraulic leveling system faults. In this paper, the diagnosis inference model is established and the fuzzy Petri net inference algorithm based on graph search is used for the inference and diagnosis of fault. The feasibihy of this algorithm is verified, so this method can be applied to the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of construction machinery accurately and effectively.
