摘要
合理的区段煤柱留设,不仅能降低巷道维护的难度,更能减少采区煤炭资源的损失,对于整合矿井的经济效益有着直接的影响。以30101工作面地质条件为工程背景,首先采用极限平衡理论对区段煤柱支承压力及弹塑性区变形进行理论分析,然后通过有限差分数值软件模拟不同煤柱宽度受采动影响下弹塑性区分布情况及应力场变化规律,结合理论研究得出合理的煤柱宽度为15m。
Reasonable section coal column can reduce the difficulty of roadway maintenance and decrease the loss of mining area coal resources, which has a direct impact for the integration of the economic benefits of mine. 30101working face geological condition was taken as the engineering background, ultimate balance theory was taken to analyze section coal pillar abutment pressure and the elastic-plastic deformation zone, finite difference numerical software was used to simulate elastic and plastic zone distribution and stress field change rule under different coal pillar width, the reasonable coal width was 15 m.
